"Crockett" Flashy, well built, and smooth as silk! Crockett is 14.3 hands tall with a sturdy build, great feet, a pretty head, and a gentle eye. Crockett has worked on a large Colorado cattle operation where he saw many long days gathering cattle in tough country. Crockett goes down the trail solid as a rock, quiet and broke. He’s crossed all kinds of water, snow, mud, deadfall, rides in traffic and noise, and he’s been on trails too tough for most horses. His easy-going demeanor has made him a favorite to take our guests on a ride. Crockett is eager to work but he is the same horse if you use him every day or he sits for a few weeks. He is learning arena skills and will be shown in ranch versatility and trail classes before sale time. “Anita” is cute, gentle and fun! She’s the first first mule I have owned, and she’s made me a mule fan for life. She’s very patient and kind, broke to ride and drive. Stops, turns correctly, does not go any faster than you ask, rides bareback and double, stands to mount. She rides out with confidence and enjoys a trail ride. She will be driving in town, going to horse shows, pushing the roping steers up the alley, and riding out on the trails until sale time. She has been on organized rides with large groups and she has been on mountain and desert trails alone. She gets along well turned out with other horses, and she is used to commotion, dogs, swinging ropes, traffic and noise. She rides around nice in the arena and even works the cutting horse flag. If you need one who is “the easy to get on and off size” she is the one. Easy keeper, healthy and sound. 14.1 hands, 8 years old. "Moonlight" is an excellent trail and mountain horse who is very willing and good natured. He rides outside perfectly, over obstacles, down the trails, out in the desert, gathers cows like a champ, and has fun doing any task he is asked to do. He is a beautiful gelding with unusual color, a long mane and tail, and chocolate highlights. He saddles up like a gentleman every ride. He is well mannered, hauls, stalls, pastures, bathes, and he’s my farrier’s favorite horse to shoe because he has excellent feet and stands like a rock. He has been my go-to trail horse this past year and we have been on many adventures in groups and out alone. He is independent and confident, sure-footed, stout, and strong. He can outwalk any big horse all day long and he has! He is not spooked by snakes, dogs, badgers, javelinas, snowbirds who drive too fast on dirt roads, motorcycles and side by sides. He is good-minded and safe. In the arena he has a nice stop and turnaround, opens and closes gates, has nice lead departures and the look to catch a judge’s eye. With his heart, speed, and solid foundation he would make an amazing show, ranch, goat tying, rope, playday or junior rodeo horse. He is UTD on vaccines, health care, dental and farrier care. "Holbrook" This horse is a cool dude, reliable, honest and hardworking. He is feather footed with a long mane and tail, 14.2 hands, with good bone and feet. He crosses everything willingly and is happy at the front or the back of the group on the trail. Holbrook rides out alone, stands tied, hauls, loads, and is well behaved for the farrier. I have ridden him in all kinds of terrain from the desert to the mountains, on dirt roads and in traffic. He is not bothered by barking dogs or wildlife. In the arena he has a nice walk/trot/lope, opens gates, neck reins and is willing and safe. He has a kind personality and is a solid citizen. "Vantz" - Meet Vantz - A super friendly 2017 grade gelding. He's 15.1 hands, safe and sane and just the right size for a bigger rider.
